Hunterian Museum at the University of Glasgow

Neil picked up his bike at Gearbikes at noon and then we went and met up with Judy and their two daughters Fiona and Shuna. With a little time to spare I visited the William Hunter Museum at the University of Glasgow. William Hunter was a collector, anatomist and obstetrician. He did most of his teaching in London and made his collections there but thirty years after his death he donated his collections to the University of Glasgow. He had a more famous younger brother John Hunter a Scottish surgeon whom he had taught.
